The Reverend Albert Joseph Saleth, with the permission of The Most Reverend Dr. George Antonysamy, Archbishop of Madras-Mylapore in India, is appointed Parochial Administrator of St. Therese of the Child Jesus Parish in Schofield, with residence at the parish rectory, effective July 2, 2019.
The Reverend Emmanuel Kofi Asamoah-Bekoe, currently serving in the Diocese of Superior, is appointed Parochial Administrator of St. Mary’s Assumption Parish in Durand, Holy Rosary Parish in Lima, and Sacred Heart of Jesus Parish in Mondovi, with residence at Holy Rosary Parish rectory in Lima, effective July 2, 2019.
The Reverend Janusz A. Kowalski, Pastor of Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary Parish in Viroqua, is appointed Pastor of St. Lawrence Parish in Wisconsin Rapids and St. Philip the Apostle Parish in Rudolph, effective July 2, 2019.
The Reverend David P. Bruener, Pastor of St. Lawrence Parish in Wisconsin Rapids and St. Philip the Apostle Parish in Rudolph, is appointed Pastor of Holy Family Parish in Prairie du Chien, with residence at the parish rectory, effective July 2, 2019.
The Reverend Robert C. Thorn, Pastor of Holy Name of Jesus Parish and St. Matthew Parish, both in Wausau, is released from his responsibilities as Pastor of Holy Name of Jesus Parish, retaining his appointment as Pastor of St. Matthew Parish, where his residence remains, effective July 2, 2019.
The Reverend Peter J. Kieffer, Associate Pastor of Holy Name of Jesus Parish and St. Matthew Parish, both in Wausau, and Chaplain at Newman Middle School, Wausau, is released from his responsibilities as Associate Pastor of Holy Name of Jesus Parish and his residence remains at St. Matthew rectory, effective July 2, 2019. He is also appointed Chaplain at Newman High School in Wausau, effective July 2, 2019.
