Pathways and Pathfinders: From Health For All to Health of the Whole
October 24, 2024 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm
San Damiano Chapel, 900 Viterbo Dr, La Crosse, WI 54601, USAThis event is hosted by the Franciscan Sisters of Perpetual Adoration Integral Ecology Office, Viterbo University D.B. Reinhart Institute for Ethics in Leadership and Viterbo University Ethics, Culture and Society Department.
Nearly fifty years ago, the moral clarity of “Health for All” mobilized health systems and religious communities around the world to reimagine what was possible in responding to the suffering of the most vulnerable across the globe. Growing awareness of the fragility of the planet, our social ties, and health systems compel us to revitalize this moral commitment.
Join us for a conversation with three Driftless Region pathfinders whose diverse backgrounds have led them to respond to the urgency of this moment along distinctive pathways for moving us from health for all toward the health of the whole planet.
Free event. No registration required.
Location:
Join us in person at San Damiano Chapel, 900 Viterbo Drive, La Crosse, WI 54601 or online via Zoom.
