    The Deanery of the La Crosse Diocese has chosen the Shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe for the celebration of Divine Mercy Sunday. You are invited to make a pilgrimage for Divine Mercy Sunday on April 12. 

    The schedule for the day is as follows: 

    • 9:00 AM Latin Mass
    • 11:00 AM Spanish Mass
    • 12:00 PM Divine Mercy Chaplet in Spanish
    • 1:00 PM English Mass
    • 2:30 PM Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament
    • 2:45 PM Divine Mercy Reflection & Consecration by Fr. Hildebrand Garceau, O.Praem.
    • 3:00 PM Divine Mercy Chaplet led by Fr. Hildebrand Garceau, O.Praem.
    • 3:15 PM Benediction & Reposition
    • 3:30 PM St. Faustina Relic Blessing & Veneration

    Confessions will be available 30 minutes before the 9 & 11 AM Masses until all are heard and then at Noon - 4 PM.

    • Nursing babies are welcome! We ask toddler+ages not to attend as it is a distraction for you as parents. The focus of this retreat is you and your spouse with God at the center, and even though we love them, 2+ ages will be a distraction for you.

  • Light & Beauty: Stained Glass Treasures of La Crosse Tour - La Crosse

    Get ready to be amazed by a stunning collection of stained glass on La Crosse's first-ever tour of church windows. Whether you choose to ride the trolley or take a self-guided tour, you'll be captivated by the extraordinary beauty of both traditional and contemporary stained glass artistry displayed in five local churches in La Crosse.

    **Trolley Option:** If you choose this option, please park in the parking lot at 9th and Market streets. Proceed to the entrance of Mary of the Angels Chapel at St. Rose Convent, located at 701 Franciscan Way. You will enjoy a brief presentation on the history of stained glass, led by Professor Vickie Holtz and Michael Wodzak. Dedicated docents will be available to assist you during your tour of the chapel. You will then be escorted to San Damiano Chapel at Viterbo University. Once you complete the tour there, you will board the trolley. The trolley emcee will review parish history as you travel to each church.

    SELF-GUIDED OPTION: Drive, bike or walk, on your own, to any of the tour sites. Begin at any location. Each church will have volunteers and docents who will answer questions and assist you in enjoying the stained glass windows.
