The Reverend Emmanuel S. Famiyeh, pastor of St. Joseph Parish in Black River Falls and St. Kevin Parish in Melrose, with the merger of these two parishes is appointed Pastor of Guardian Angels Parish at Black River Falls, effective July 1, 2017.
