The Very Reverend William A. Dhein, Vicar General, Chancellor and Moderator of the Curia, is also appointed as vicar forane of the La Crosse Deanery to complete the term of Monsignor Charles D. Stoetzel, who has been assigned outside of the deanery, effective September 4, 2019.
