The Reverend Monsignor Charles D. Stoetzel, Rector of St. Joseph the Workman Cathedral in La Crosse and Dean of the La Crosse Deanery, is appointed Pastor of Holy Family Parish in Prairie du Chien, with residence at the parish rectory, effective July 16, 2019.
